Individual session $180 (50 minutes)
Initial diagnostic evaluation $240 (50 minutes)
Clinical Supervision $100 per session

Before utilizing your insurance benefits call your insurance provider and ask the following questions:
What are my counseling benefits for an in-network provider?
Do I have a deductible?
What is my copay or co-insurance?
Do I need a prior authorization?
How many sessions are authorized per year?
Your copay or co-insurance is due at the time service and I will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf.
Out of Network
Some insurance plans offer out of network benefits that will reimburse part of the cost of counseling. Before beginning counseling call your insurance provider and ask the following questions:
What are my out of network benefits for counseling?
Do I have a deductible?
Do I need a prior authorization?
What is the process for reimbursement?
Payment is due at the time of service and I will provide you with a Superbill to submit for reimbursement.
